The 1-room Tea Room Sarande features a convenient location about a 10-minute drive from the panoramic ruins "Monastery of 40 Saints" and hosts up to 3 guests. Wi-Fi is provided for both business and leisure activities.

The Port of Sarandë is located not far from the 22 m² apartment. The centre of Sarande can be reached in a 15-minute walk. Lekuresi Ruined Castle is 3.2 km from the apartment.

Guests can also take a bus at to Ksamil / Butrint bus station, set only a 5-minute walk away, to explore the rest of Sarande.
